Your hormones aren't broken — but if nobody's told you about the conductor running the whole show, you'll keep chasing your tail. In this episode, Dr. Tabatha and Ashlee unpack the Symphony Framework: the orchestra (your organs), the conductor (your nervous system), the sheet music (what's shaping your thoughts), and the Composer who wrote it all.

A Hidden Stressor Running Everything

Dr. Tabatha

Your internal dialogue in your brain is a bigger stressor on your health than even a staph infection in your gut. It really is. If you're tired of doing all the right things and still feeling exhausted, stuck in your body, and disconnected from God, this podcast is for you. I'm Dr. Tabitha, a triple board certified functional medicine physician, and I help women stop fighting their bodies and start healing them God's way. Let's get into it. Listen up, you've been told it's your hormones or it's your age, right? Or it's just stress. Something needs to get managed better. Today we are going to pull back the curtain on all of this and what's actually running the show because it's not what you think. It never is. No, let's dive into Fast of Fade. Let's just get right into it today. I'm so glad to be here. And you look so tan and golden.

Getting Out Of The Rut

Ashlee

I know, you know, it's funny that you say that because this morning I was like, oh, you're getting really tan. I like to call this my baseball mom tan. Like the whole middle is very pale. It's just my legs and my arms.

Dr. Tabatha

So my middle is peeling because we went floating down the river for the river. We did ours, and I didn't think about my tummy.

Ashlee

Yeah. We did. That was such a magical day to just float down the river, literally.

Dr. Tabatha

Yes. And we did it with other uh women on our team, like uh our our nutritionist couldn't make it. She had a sick baby, but one of our providers and some of our fast of faith coaches. Yep. And okay, we got there, and half of the ladies were like, I'm not gonna come, I can't show up. And yeah, they got their butts there. Yep. And then they were so glad they did, but I was kind of feeling that way too, weren't you? No, actually, I was very excited about it.

Ashlee

I'm not gonna lie, I was pumped up from the beginning, and I was really glad that we did it. It was a much needed, unplugged day.

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah, I think what it is is you get stuck in a rut, and like you know you have stuff on your list, your to-do list, you know you have work to do. And so this idea of losing, quote unquote, losing a whole day. What was it, a Thursday in the middle of the week? Before a holiday weekend. Yes. So it was right before the 4th of July. And I'm like, what are we doing? This is crazy. We got work to do, and it was such a beautiful gift. Thank you, Paul, our podcast producer, for setting us up. But why don't you share what happened with Shannon, one of our coaches and providers, because we were kind of uh yeah, we totally did.

Ashlee

So Shannon, who is one of our providers, she's also a coach, and I would also say one of our dearest friends. And so she came into that day and she's kind of coming off of a busy season. Really, she's in the thick of a busy season, to be honest. And she did nothing. And so I don't know if you've ever tubed down a river, but when you're all tied together, you do have to work together. And you end up in the tree on the side, yeah. Yes, and um, Shannon knows we're sharing this, so I don't want you to think we're being mean, but she just genuinely needed the day to do nothing. Like the rest of us would be paddling and she would just be chilling. We were all trying to get out at the end, and it was kind of dangerous and sketchy, and she's just hanging out in her flooth still, everyone's pulling her end. And what happened was she went home and had two pretty massive events happen in her life. And you, and so then last Thursday when we had our team meeting, we were chatting with her, and she needed that more than anything. Like she genuinely needed to just let God hold her up down the river for four hours. And I I that's another thing. Like, well, I think we all thought it was gonna be like this quick little trip, and it wasn't. I mean, we were there for four hours and it was just magical.

Dr. Tabatha

I I think 45 minutes went in, we were like, are we done yet? Yeah. We couldn't shut off our brains and just receive the relaxation.

Ashlee

So much time to unplug. Yeah, like it is, it's really um, it weighs on me sometimes, especially like on the weekend when I do try to unplug, like it takes me all of Saturday to like feel reset, and then I can enjoy Sunday. But then I start to get that like crap, I've got to get back into it swing. And you're just in this weird spot. And so it's really just allowing God to hold you in his wings and just like be okay. Um, and so I Isaiah 40, 31 keeps coming up for me, and it's just a lot about like, so if you kind of study eagles, they don't flap their wings a lot, they're just super calm because they're literally letting God hold them up, and like that's what we need to do is just we have to trust. And that whole theme of like just digging deeper into trust keeps coming into play.

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah, and I want to point out that we were given, you know, Shannon a hard time, but in a loving way, because we knew she needed it. Yeah, and it was okay. Like, we'll do extra paddling, we'll Yeah.

Ashlee

And some of it is like jealousy that she can just like be chill like that, right? You know, like for me personally, I'm like, man, I wish I could just like let everyone else do while I just said.

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah, I was really glad that she was able to do that because so often we're not able to just receive as women.

Ashlee

So it was beautiful, yeah. And she can hold on to that during the season of like some stuff she's going through personally. So, but God knew it, like God already knew. Like, I think that's the coolest thing. That's what we talked about last week as a team is just like God already saw these massive things coming. What she's dealing with is not easy, and she was rested for it in a weird way.

Dr. Tabatha

So good, yes. So, my encouragement for this week is go do something different, get out of your rut, do something that seems fun, you know, a little crazy. Yes, fun. Just be a kid, be a little girl, get out with your girlfriends and float down a river or go to the beach or do something. Like we especially we live in a gorgeous town in the summer, and it breaks my heart that I'm sit at my house most of the time.

Ashlee

So I know it's easier when it rains, isn't it? Because you're like, oh no, I don't feel guilty. Right, right. So well, and we already have our nest our next fun adventure planned. So stay tuned. We can't wait to share that with you. So we're gonna try to do something fun once a month, right? We can do this.

Dr. Tabatha

Yes, I thought that was so awesome. Like we were about to be done floating, and we decided let's put something on the books. Because if you don't plan it, ladies, it's not going to happen. You have to make it a priority. You don't put it on your schedule. And so I was really proud of us for doing that because otherwise we're just gonna work ourselves to death. Yes, exactly.

Ashlee

All right, so today we have been so for a long time, you were known as the gutsy gynecologist, and you were known for your medical practice, and then you s you transitioned into something totally different. And I can't I don't even know how long have you been giving out your original hormone guide? Do you know? I feel like it was your first thing, was it? Yeah, like years ago.

Dr. Tabatha

I mean, we've updated it and adjusted it, but you know like a twinge, a twinge,

The Hormone Guide Pivot

Dr. Tabatha

a twinge probably six years, probably, yeah.

Ashlee

So the hormone guide uh a couple weeks ago, you were like, we gotta change this thing. It got an overhaul, and then ladies, I would just like, you know, it got another overhaul in very Dr. Tabitha fashion. It was ready to roll out, and she was like, Oh no, never mind, let's pivot.

Dr. Tabatha

Okay, so can I explain this dad for a minute? You oh she always says he just starts downloading stuff to me, and I was so excited about how he revealed this analogy to me because I think the um the description is getting a little stale. People are like, okay, I understand it's not just my hormones. I understand there's more to the picture, but I don't really understand. Yeah. You know, like we say, okay, it's your gut and it's your immune system and all the things, and people are like, okay, I guess, but I I still want my hormones balanced. And so they're not really getting this bigger picture. And I've been praying to God, like, help women understand the symphony that is happening inside of their body. Yes, you might need some estrogen replacement or some testosterone or progesterone, but it's only gonna help for a few weeks or even a couple months, and then you're going to struggle again. And I always say it's like a dog chasing his tail. You you start to like think you're crazy, right? Because you're like, man, I was sleeping good for a couple weeks and now I'm feeling like crap again. And so I was like, God, help me explain this in a way that women really get. And he downloaded everything. I gave it to my team. I was like, let's make this. It's so good, let's give it to the world. And then I was like, something is missing. What is missing, God? And he was like, Me? Oh, okay. And so I had to go back and add in the composer piece. So we're gonna talk about the orchestra, yeah, the sheet music, the conductor, and most importantly, the composer. Where do you want to start?

Ashlee

Yeah, I um I think we should start where you just kept saying it's not your hormones, it's the conductor. So why don't you just break that down for us?

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah, since the beginning of the year, you and I have been like super interested in the nervous system and how it really controls all the organs in our body and what they're doing. So we have an endocrine system, which is what makes our hormones. That's what the endocrine system is, and it's directed by two organs in the brain, the hypothalamus and the pituitary. There's other organs involved. Those

The Orchestra Analogy For Healing

Dr. Tabatha

are the two main ones talking to the organs that produce our hormones, our adrenal glands, which make our stress hormones, our ovaries, which make our sex hormones, our thyroid makes our thyroid hormones, our pancreas makes insulin, our fat storage hormone, and blood sugar utilization hormone. And so there's this conversation happening back and forth between these organs and our brain, and it's bi-directional, it's it's two ways. And here's what a lot of women don't understand there's interconnections in this communication. So your thyroid and brain, when they talk, your ovaries listen, your adrenals listen, and they get involved in the conversation. And you know, when you have multiple women in a conversation, it can get loud, it can get crazy, it can veer off some tangent in the wrong direction. And that's literally what's happening with these hormones. And so who's in charge of this conversation is the conductor. And the conductor, you know, I've thought a lot about this because my son has sang in choir and I've watched band performances now for like five or six years, and I'm always so interested in the conductor because they look like they're just wild and out of control, but they're doing a really important job of like keeping the tempo where it's supposed to be, and then bringing in the percussion, and then like slowing things down and bringing in the quiet violins. And so it's really interesting to watch that dynamic happen. And God was like, that conductor, that's your nervous system. Your nervous system is telling the flutes when to come in and be beautiful and soft and quiet. And then when the you know, the brass is supposed to come in and bang the cymbals, that's like to me, that's cortisol, like bang, let's get some done, or adrenaline. And then you have this background of um the wood section, they're just like humming along, giving that foundation. And to me, that is so much like you know, our hormones, they're humming around in the background, they're responsible for a lot of the foundational things we're hearing and feeling, but they don't have the nuances necessarily of the quiet flutes, of the big percussions, those different things. And then, you know me, I need to ask, where does the gut microbiome fit into all of this? And that is really a nuanced piece of it. So if you can start to imagine watching this orchestra, watching this symphony being directed by the conductor, then you start to understand wait, the immune system is in this orchestra, the thyroid is in this orchestra, the adrenals, and they're all paying attention to the nervous system. And so that has been our message for at least six months now is you have to regulate this nervous system. You got to get this conductor under control and reading the sheet music and expressing the right um information to the orchestra. And I always think, like, okay, what's the difference between the Philharmonic and the sixth grade band I just watched for three hours in the auditorium? Oh my goodness, we've all been there, right? Yeah, it's painful. It is painful because they're not in sync, they're all kind of like on their own time and they're a little bit off and they're squeaking and they're trying their best, but it's just not a well-oiled machine yet, like the Philharmonic.

Ashlee

And so yet, because the Philharmonic at one point was the sixth grade orchestra.

Dr. Tabatha

Yes, exactly. And so I I started just talking to God about that. Like, explain that to me. How do we get better? How and what does that practice look like of getting our body in harmony, symphon symphony, you know, together? And he's like, it's about regulating that nervous system. And I said, Okay, well, you know me, I'm always asking why. But how do you regulate the nervous system? What does that look like? And he really revealed that the nervous system that conductor is reading sheet music. That is where the direction is coming from. Okay. So who writes the sheet music? Here's the the hard part of the world most of the time.

Ashlee

I'm gonna say the conductor is under the most pressure.

Dr. Tabatha

Yes, it's under the most pressure. And unfortunately, if you give it bad sheet music, bad um direction, it's going to relay that to the orchestra. And so the song that they're playing, the music that they're playing is coming from oftentimes the world. The fear, the anxiety, the not enoughness, the scarcity. And so we actually have community, what you're listening to, all of that. It all goes on the sheet music, and then the conductor relays it to all the organs in your body, and so we have to continue to go upstream, upstream, upstream. Who's writing the sheet music? And that is the foundation of Fast of Faith, is we need to rewrite the sheet music with the word of God, with the songs of God, with the music of God, and that comes by knowing the word, by digging up the old music by the roots, throwing it away, getting rid of it so that the conductor can never read that sheet music again, right? Yeah. Are you feeling this? Are you relating to this?

Ashlee

Yeah, I mean, I what I was thinking is you're gonna have that old music and you're that those things. I feel like the same kind of um thing keeps coming up for us about how like your the past is gonna continue to come back, but you're gonna have to basically keep that cheap music out of your system, and that's hard to do.

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah, so we have to rewrite it essentially. So I envision, you know, some songs that they were okay, but they weren't harmonizing the entire orchestra, they were highlighting one area or one area didn't learn it well enough, and so it just didn't sound right as well. Or it served you for that season, amen. Yeah. So we need to just rewrite, revamp, rework those that music with God's input. Like put God in there and ask Him, how does this song sound better? What do I need to focus on? What instruments need some more attention? What instruments need to be brought in here? And so that's like, okay, we need to work on the gut, we need to support our immune system with some raishi mushrooms or something. Like we need some hormone replacement therapy, and you just like get it symphonized and harmonized so that they're all playing well together.

Ashlee

I think this also kind of brings us to another point that we've been talking about recently is you're gonna have to practice this and continue to practice and make changes and tweaks because it's what you're doing today, and you might feel the best that you felt in 25 years, but that something's gonna come along and you're gonna have to change again. And so you have to keep practicing, and that's why orchestras practice so much. They're non-stop. So when you have when you meet with women, what are which area are they struggling with the most?

Dr. Tabatha

They think it's their hormones, they think they're struggling with the hormones the most, and that's an obvious easy correction or you know, thing to tackle, but that's almost never the root cause reason. Unless you are 51, 52 years old and your ovaries are closing up shop for the first time and and everything else is fine, then it's just hormones. But I almost never see that. Yeah, it's real rare. Truthfully, yeah. Like they are just one of many issues. And so what we have seen, and something I've been describing more and more, is an internal stressor that is preventing the symphony from sounding good. And I used to just focus on internal stressors like Epstein Barr virus, uh, H. pylori gut infections, parasites, things like that. And what I've come to understand is your internal dialogue in your

Internal Dialogue As The Biggest Stress

Dr. Tabatha

brain is a bigger stressor on your health than even a staph infection in your gut. It really is, because that staph infection can be easily identified with a stool test. We can give you a couple months of a treatment protocol and it's gone. Whereas this internal dialogue creating stress is so pervasive and so hard to recognize at first. And there's so much shame and guilt around even like trying to dig up things that you believe about yourself and where does it come from that women don't even want to go there. They're like, Oh, that's trauma related. Oh, we don't talk about that, or I'm fine, I I can handle it. And so they don't even think it's a problem. Meanwhile, it is literally writing the sheet music and driving the conductor to make this horrible music all day long. And so that piece is really what has to be tackled is this internal dialogue stress.

Ashlee

Which when they tackle that, things get worse before they get better. And that's what's really hard for women to understand is like, oh, I'm not feeling better instantly. Like, no, you're gonna have to do the hard work and it's gonna suck.

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah, exactly. I know you we had someone uh a dear friend and patient give us the book, The Lie I Didn't Know I Believe by Jenny Allen. That was really helpful. I was also doing a lot of internal work in Novos with Taylor Welsh and different things like that, and so these lies really became apparent. And I I would argue you don't have to go back and relive all the trauma and the drama. No. Um what you need to do is just take stock of what's driving your current decisions and like what are you believing about yourself that's causing you to reach for that food, to stay addicted to sugar, to not go to the gym. And if you can really unpack those lies and just expose them to the light, then you can start to heal and you can start to rewrite your sheet music with the truth of what God says, which is you know the foundation of fast of faith. That's all we do in the 40 day program is like renew your mind. And I think that I know that's why we're seeing the transformations that. That I've never seen just with functional medicine and just with hormone replacement and just focusing on the physical.

Ashlee

Yeah. I I really liked what Jenny had said in the book about her, because a lot of her lies started from an incident that she had with her dad as a child. And it was just something that he said. It wasn't even really anything that bad, but it has impacted her for the rest of her life. And she was like, I'm not my parents were wonderful. But this one moment shaped everything. And so she was like, obviously, now I've talked to my dad about it and we fixed it, and he feels terrible. But he was learning to be a parent as just as I was learning to grow up. And that's so impactful because sometimes we don't want to pinpoint the issue because we don't want to make anyone feel bad, but that's not what this is about. Like, you want to ri live the rest of your life feeling good. So sometimes you have to pinpoint that one thing that really made a change, and that's exactly what Jenny's book did. So I highly recommend that book to you. So powerful, so powerful. Yeah. Um, okay, so a lot of women feel like they get their labs done and they come back and they're normal, um, but they're actually feeling awful. What's actually happening during that time?

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah, so I think that women are led to believe that there's one answer to their problems, that we just gotta find the one problem and we can fix it. You know, it's a very simple way of

Why Normal Labs Still Feel Bad

Dr. Tabatha

looking at what is the most complex, intricate system ever, our bodies. And so you there isn't one lab for you to fix. It is a symphony, it has to be in harmony. So I try to explain to women your lab result needs to be interpreted with all the other lab results of how everything else is fitting together and working together. Because a TSH of 0.5 might feel horrible to one woman because her cortisol level over here is sky high and her estrogen is absent. A TSH of 1.5 might feel amazing to a woman because her estrogen is on par and she doesn't have, you know, elevated inflammation marker, and her cortisol level is exactly where it's supposed to be. So we have to stop treating labs, we have to treat the patient. Yeah, you are a unique individual with a unique circumstance. That's why I love functional medicine, because we get to know your history, your story of how you arrived here and all of the factors at play. So let's look at the entire orchestra, let let's really unpack it and then let's not treat the labs, let's treat the patient.

Ashlee

Yeah, that's super good. And um, sometimes what you can handle as a patient and what I can handle as a patient are two different things. So your labs might be uh the same as mine, but maybe I'm feeling optimal and you're feeling like crap. So it every person is so different. Exactly.

Dr. Tabatha

You comparison kills, that is the quickest way, especially for women. If you want to spiral down and be miserable, start comparing yourself to everybody. That is why social media can be so toxic and dangerous because you start comparing yourself. And I was sharing this in our Monday Fast of Faith call just this week about how quickly you go shopping on a busy day and there's a hundred people in the dressing line. You start comparing yourself. Should I even be trying that on? What am I doing buying this? Blah, blah, blah. And you spiral down. And so you have to run your own race. God gives us our own races. We got to put our little horse blinders on the side so we're not comparing. That's where you and it's hard because I encourage women to share their stories with each other and learn from each other, but there's a difference between that and comparing yourself and your situation to another woman. Exactly.

Ashlee

Okay, so Paul wrote Renew Your Mind, 2,000 years before we had an MRI machine. So why don't you talk about that a little bit? Yeah.

Dr. Tabatha

I'm working on an amazing project. I'm not gonna say too much, but what I will say is science is now proving everything that the Bible told us 3,000 years ago, 2,000 years ago. And so what Paul is talking about

Renew Your Mind As A Practice

Dr. Tabatha

is an actual protocol of like this is how you're supposed to live. It's not just well wishes or hopeful thinking. It is, no, you need to take authority over your mind, you need to renew your mind, and that is a daily practice, like you mentioned. It's a practice that our mind and our thoughts and our beliefs, they're muscles that can be built up and strengthened, or they can die off if we ignore them. I I was thinking the other day about how the grandfather was telling the story to the little boy about the two wolves that live inside of your brain. There's um a strong wolf who um is faithful, and then there is a fear-based wolf who wants to kill everybody. And the little boy says, Well, which one wins? And the grandpa says, The one that you feed. And so are you feeding fear or are you feeding faith? And that's what it comes down to. It is a daily practice of nourishing your faith and believing that what you uh envision is going to happen in the earthly realm. So if you want to lose weight, if you want to reverse your Hashimoto's, if you want to get control of your gut health, if you want to feel balanced and have amazing energy, you have to start living like that is the case right now. Right? Yes.

Ashlee

Okay, so let's talk about peace because Jesus never promised a life without storms. And I want to read something and then I'm gonna have you talk about it. So true peace isn't the absence of stress, it's the presence of confidence, hope, and trust that steadies the conductor, even when the music around you is chaos.

Dr. Tabatha

Yeah. I love envisioning Jesus sleeping on the boat with his pillow. Some versions say he's

Peace In The Storm

Dr. Tabatha

got his cushion, but like he was not freaking out, like he was at peace in the storm, and that is how he's calling us to live. And unfortunately, we're panicking.

Ashlee

Well, it is hard. It is easier to panic, actually. Um, I read something the other day about it's easier to perform for God than it is to sit with God. And like that that hit me hard because it is. It's hard to sometimes just sit and listen. That's just hard.

Dr. Tabatha

That's why that word abide is so powerful, because it means to like get still and to just trust. We've been hearing that a lot in the group. Oh, the trust keeps coming back. I just need to trust God. And it's like we lay it down at his feet and then we pick it right back up. We lay it down and we pick it up. And it's like if we were actually yoked, if we were like connected to him with the device that we put around the oxen, then we would stay with him. But we don't like lock down, we don't lock into the device and get yoked. We're like, yeah, we're thinking about it. I put my head in for a minute and then I pull it back out. No, you need to surrender, you need to commit, you need to abide. So I know somebody needed to hear that today. And it looks a little bit different for each person, whatever that means. But I will tell you, for me, it meant being obedient to the smallest things he was telling me to do. You know, Joyce Meyer, she's hilarious. She's always like, God told me to put that shopping cart back where it belonged for like four years. It took me four years to finally walk the shopping cart over to the little carousel. And when I did that, everything shifted. And I was like, I relate to that so much because God will tell me, like, you feel like you don't have a lot to give, you only have $200 in the charity account, give it. And I'm like, no, it's not enough. And when I fight back and I'm not obedient in those little moments, it's like the trust is broken. And it's not the trust on his end, it's the trust on my end. I stopped believing. I stopped believing in myself and trusting myself. Therefore, I don't trust him. Right?

Ashlee

Yeah, super hard. Um, I think we should take a quick pause because everything you kind of we've been talking about comes back to hormones and following that conductor's lead. And that's exactly why you created hormone tame. So the um, because it's built to support healthy hormone balance. So let's learn a little bit more about hormone tame.

Dr. Tabatha

Real quick, I just want to interrupt this conversation for something super important. Even though we need to take care of ourselves spiritually, emotionally, and physically, we do have to take care of ourselves at a cellular level. And that is why I have my Fast to Face supplement line. So let's just take a minute to hear about something that might be the game changer that you need in this season.

Hormone Tame Supplement Break

Dr. Tabatha

We really need to up level how we're taking care of our temple. I used to treat mine like a garbage can, I will just be honest. And I'm not okay with that anymore. So this is one of the most important things to me is that I'm taking high-quality supplements that are actually doing what they say they're doing, and I'm getting my money's worth, and I'm not making my body worse by putting the wrong stuff in it. So let's talk about Hormone Tame Essential Multivitamin, because even though it gives you all the vitamins and minerals you need, there's extra goodness in there, isn't there? I think you have a bottle sitting next to you. Tell us about Hormone Tame.

Hormone Tame is five products in one. Um, if you listen to the the other episode, one of the things that we talked about is oftentimes, you know, women are just people were taking a lot of supplements. And the nice thing about a lot of the um supplements that we have here at Fast of Faith is that they're they're just so consolidated, or you could take this and you are basically taking five products. So, yes, this is gonna be a multivitamin, but there is so much more. We actually kind of refer to it as a multivitamin on um steroids. One of the key things that this is gonna be helping is your mitochondria. All you need to know is that they are responsible for so many systems and processes in your body. The reason that we need supplements is because we're just supplementing areas that we just can't really kind of get with our food. So we're filling in those gaps. And so hormone tame is inviting the body to just fill in all of those gaps. So you gotta fill those gaps. And hormone tame it will help to do that.

Ashlee

All right, so we're gonna do some rap. I'm gonna rapid fire. Are you ready? Let's go! All right, one word for a dysregulated nervous system. Think about it. It's chaos. We got the conductor going. It's loud, it is so loud. It is loud. So we need to learn how to get quiet. All right, so what is one food that feeds the orchestra? Healthy fats. Yes,

very good. One non-negotiable for calming the conductor.

Dr. Tabatha

Getting in the sun before your phone in the morning. Girl, that is hard. I know. Get a dog, it helps.

Ashlee

Yeah, but it's still even though you still pick up your phone, though, you know? I know. Uh, all right. One myth you want women to drop today. My hormones are broken, my body's broken. Yes. Get rid of that, girls. One verse to carry out of this episode. What are you landing with today?

Dr. Tabatha

Mmm, Isaiah 55, 8 and 9. Let me actually read it because, ladies, I want you to meditate on this all week. This is for you. It's heavy, you'll want to meditate all week. But it it's so good when you finally understand. Yeah. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, declares the Lord. Neither are your ways my ways. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts higher than your thoughts. So, ladies, rewrite your sheet music this week. Ask God what he says about your body, what he says about the orchestra that sounds like a hot mess right now. Ask him to give you some truth that you can replace those lies with. And if you want more help on this, this is what we do as a group in Fast to Faith. We are here for you. We want to help you identify the lies, break up with them, replace them with truth, and do it in a way that we do not live in shame or guilt. We don't live in those low frequency places. We live up here with peace, joy, love, contentment. It is a different way to live. And until you even experience it, it's going to be hard for you to fathom. So join us, get a taste of Fast of Faith. It's so powerful. You'll regret that you didn't do it sooner.

Ashlee

Yeah. And this beautiful nude hormone guide will be in the show notes. So I highly recommend you sign up. Even if you've had her original one, this one is so different. And it has way more information than what we're giving out today. So I highly recommend you grab it. Yay! Have a good week, ladies.
